1. What is “Adulting Challenge”?

​

AC was initiated by qualified practitioners from the financial service industry to help the students in terms of financial literacy. This summer, Adulting Challenge is organising a 4-day financial literacy challenge. It aims to equip young adults with relevant knowledge for them to make better financial decisions in their adult life. Various financial topics will be covered online through engaging lessons, activities, mentor consultations as well as a final pitch!

2. What is the duration of Adulting Challenge Summer Edition 2021? 

 

Adulting Challenge Summer Edition 2021 will take place from 19-20 June and 26-27 June 2021.

3. Where will the challenge take place?

 

The entire event will take place virtually via a video-conferencing platform.

 

4. Do I have to pay to join?

 

Adulting Challenge Summer Edition 2021 is FREE! However, there is a deposit of $20 that will be refunded to participants upon successful* completion of the challenge.

5. Am I eligible to join?

 

AC is open to all A-level/Diploma holders across Singapore who are Singaporeans/PRs with a minimum age of 19.

6. What to expect? 

Adulting Challenge is a financial literacy program designed to empower those seeking knowledge on wealth management. One can expect both theory and real-life based learning through simulations and application activities. In addition, the competitive final challenge help to stimulate teamwork and pitching skills!

7. Must I prepare anything prior to the challenge?

 

Do ensure you have zoom installed and properly working.

 

No other prior preparation or knowledge will be necessary. Do come with a desire to learn and a participative spirit as you will be interacting with your fellow team members and mentors and engaging in many fun and personal activities too.

 

8. What are the prizes offered?

1st Prize: $388

1st Runner-up: $188

 

9. Can I sign up with my friends? 

​

Participants will be grouped into pairs. Participants are welcome to sign-up individually or together with friends or family!
